1 General Terms and Conditions

i baji is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering world-class entertainment to members in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between i baji and its members. By using the platform, you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms.

2 Registration & Account

KYC Verification

Under i baji's Terms & Conditions, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to withdraw above a certain amount or to fully activate your account. The following documents must be submitted:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Bank account or mobile banking account statement
• Selfie (with NID if required)

Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your i baji account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the i baji support team immediately.

3 Bonuses & Promotions

5 Gaming Rules

All games available on i baji — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, fish games, and crash games — are operated with full transparency. Every game outcome is determined by an internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator).

• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for every game is publicly disclosed.
• For Sports Betting, any bet placed before a match begins will be considered final.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• I baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or modify any game at any time.
• If your internet connection is lost during betting, the last action recorded in the system will be considered final.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to obtain excess bonuses.

• Hacking or Use of Software: Using automated bots or unauthorized software to play games.
• Threats or Harassment: Disrespectful behavior toward i baji staff or other members.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

• Information may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding i baji, please contact the i baji support team directly first. Our goal is to resolve any issue within 48 hours.

Complaints Process

2. Step Two: The support team will respond and begin investigating within 48 hours.
3. Step Three: Once the investigation is complete, i baji will issue an official decision.
4. Step Four: If you are not satisfied with a decision, you may appeal to the relevant international gaming regulatory authority.

11 Changes & Updates

I baji reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions reserves the right to make partial or full changes. For significant updates, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email or a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered automatic acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, please request to close your account.
